By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Platform Use
The platform provides self-paced digital courses and institutional learning group environments.
Users agree to:

b) Maintain account confidentiality
c) Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Accounts are non-transferable and may not be resold.
3. Enterprise Accounts
i.I Licences is restricted strictly to enrolled users under their exact subscription.
ii. Enterprise dashboards provide reporting functionality.
Institutions must:
a) Oversee groups learning into uses
b) Monitor learner progress
c) Organized performance reports
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed via Paystack or Internal Direct Transfer in supporting circumstances.
Subscriptions may be:
a) Freelance.pro
b) Business.pro
c) Enterprise.pro
Prices are displayed in NGN, USD, and GBP based on currency conversion.
5. Refund Policy
i. Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days of payment.
ii. Refund eligibility is subject to internal reviews.
Refunds are strictly limited to:
a) Duplicate payments
b) Verified technical failure preventing access
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Ownership
All platform infrastructure, branding, design, and systems remain the intellectual property of e.Skillz.
6.2 Instructor Content
i. Instructors retain ownership of their course materials.
ii. By publishing on e.Skillz, instructors grant a non-exclusive license for hosting and distribution on the platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
a) Share login credentials
b) Copy or redistribute course materials
c) Reverse engineer platform systems
d) Use the platform to mishandled activity
e) Attempt to access unauthorized accounts
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
8. Affiliate Program
Approved affiliates earn commissions under published terms.
e.Skillz reserves the right to:
a) Review affiliate activity
b) Reject fraudulent referrals
c) Terminate affiliate accounts at discretion
Self-referrals are prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
e.Skillz is not liable for:
a) Indirect or consequential damages
b) Loss of business or opportunity
c) Platform downtime beyond reasonable control
Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
10. Service Availability
i. We aim to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.
ii. Maintenance or system upgrades may result in temporary downtime.
11. Termination
i. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ii. Users may terminate their account at any time.
12. Governing Law
i. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
ii. Any disputes shall be resolved within Nigerian jurisdiction.
